Opened a bottle of wine last night and attempted to guzzle it down before going out to a family dinner. Last few days have been extremely stressful due to work problems.
Result – felt really ill and ended up vomiting some of the wine. And felt so unwell for rest of the night. This morning I feel depressed and shaky and I’ve got to go to work. My body cannot tolerate so much drink anymore.
Lesson yet to learn – alcohol just makes things worse.
