Sitting a few hundred shares of STMH that I forgot about. It’s down 86% in a year. What’s going on with the company?

Their site is intact, and they recently had a debenture and warrant repricing. That's all the news I can find. Can someone explain their situation? Thanks in advance. I guess I don't understand why or how it affected their pricing.
