Should you reinvest money you know will be due as taxes?

Basically the title. For example if you were to exit a position after a large 6 figure gain and knew for a fact that you’d owe like $50,000 in capital gains taxes as a result of the trade, should you set that amount aside and not touch it or would it be reasonable to reinvest it with the rest of the profit from the trade with the intention of later selling enough to cover the tax bill once it’s due?
