Should they change the rules on large investor disclosures?

Just something I was thinking about. When Buffet or Musk disclose that they bought a stock, it inevitably goes up an additional 10-30% after that disclosure.

I feel like in this era of social media and information overload, they need to change the way disclosures are done. There should be an exemption for notable investors, because they can literally buy anything and it will go up massively because of it.

It’s not their fault, but I feel a change is needed.
