Should some of the formerly high flying tech stocks initiate a dividend?

Facebook, Netflix, and PayPal come to mind as tech stocks that have had major crashes recently.

All 3 companies make a healthy profit, but crashed after growth slowed.

I have some interest in all 3, but I think they ought to initiate a dividend to reward shareholders who may have a long wait before sentiment shifts
