should I sell PLTR at almost 70% loss to put it into index funds?

I made some bad decisions during the meme stock era. I don't do much with stocks, just occasionally look at my meme stock era portfolio. I've been slowly pulling the plug to invest in safer choices. I sold my AMC when it was $25 back in August, so at least there was a net gain of $1500 there.

Idk what I should do with PLTR. I don't see PLTR reaching prices where I will breakeven. Index funds would be probably be a better choice with those $300. I have about 35 shares bought at $26. I'd like to just cut the $600 loss and put the remaining $300 into index funds. I'll take the loss as a lesson learned for me

Pros and cons? (if there are any cons?)
