Should I sell MSFT at a loss to rebalance my portfolio?

I’m 21 and started investing earlier this year. I initially put about $8,000 into MSFT for my first purchase. From there, I bought about $5,500 in SPY and then $3000 mixed between VYM, AAPL, DIS, and GOOG. I understand, I’m extremely tech heavy and I’m continuing to learn. My question is to see how many of you would sell some of the MSFT since it’s 50% of my portfolio and average it into SPY or something similar. I’m down about 10% on MSFT and down 10% total for the portfolio. I don’t mind holding long term just want to see some of your opinions. Thanks.
