Selling stock options and moving all profit into ETFs

Hi! I’m curious if anyone else has this strategy.

I recently sold my stock options (both Non-Qual and ISOs), and moved all the proceeds into various ETFs (and two stocks I believe to be High Yield short term).

Any negatives to doing this? Any tax implications? I did this the same day my account/the trade settled.

I think I may just do this every time I see a localized high point on my company stock, with whatever new vest I get.
