Selling stock bought though-out the year for complicated wash sale tax loss harvesting

So like the title says I kept on buying X company throughout the year. For example(reduced numbers cause list is too big)

05/17 10 shares @ 120
07/17 10 shares @ 110
07/30 10 shares @ 105
08/15 10 shares @ 100
08/30 10 shares @ 95
09/12 10 shares @ 94
09/17 10 shares @ 95
10/13 10 shares @ 90
10/30 10 shares @ 80
11/17 10 shares @ 75
11/30 10 shares @ 70
12/03 10 shares @ 65

12/14 10 shares @ 60

Current stock prices is 85. I would like to harvest tax loss for about 3k. Can I sell like 50 shares in the above example and assign them to FIFO will it trigger a wash sale? Can someone explain how? I was thinking a wash sale occurs when the sold date and the bought date is < 30 days and/or buying the same stock again in 30 days.

Any idea how to harvest lossses this year?
