Selling mixture of short and long term stocks

If you bought 100 shares for $2 and kept them over a year, then you bought another 100 shares when the stock dropped to $1 that makes your overall average $1.5

A month after buying the second batch of 100 shares at $1, the stock rose to $1.5 and you decided to sell all 200 shares at $1.5.

From a tax perspective, does that mean you broke even and there are no capital gains or do you get taxed differently?
