I’m new, just 3 years in stock trading and Bottom line in the last 3 years was positive. Now I have a stupid question. While reviewing my portfolio. I noticed a few stocks that might take time to recover and down by about 20%. Other stocks have a higher chance of recovery very soon. Is it a bad idea to sell A with 20% loss to buy B which is cheap by also about 20% ?
