I want to get exposure to Health care and Consumer Staples Sector but i want to keep it as simple as possible. Is it better just to buy the two sectors XLV and XLP or pick a few stocks out of them? My point is that when i buy just the sectors i have no time to spend with breaking my mind about which stock is the right one.
