I've seen people here claim that we are going to have a second depression which will be worse than the first one. In the first great depression the stock market bottomed out at 90 percent losses though. So what could realistically cause the market to drop 90 percent?
Nuclear would I guess, but with the end of civilization and the death of nearly everybody on the planet the stock market would just hit zero then.
