SCLX dividend stock not received

I did not receive my SCLX dividend stock from the Sorrento company. Did this happen also to someone else or am I alone?

The sentence above sums the whole problem, but since the auto-moderator of this thread is against the minimalist and of righ-to-the-problem description i will add some bloated anti-low-effort text below.

I wonder who holds the stocks, where is the problem. If Sorrento didn't pay them to my broker, or my broker is lying.

Or if Sorrento paid them to UK and US client and leaved the other clients without the dividend.

The payment date for the Dividend Stock was January 19, 2023.
