SAVE – how do we feel with the trial done?

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to get opinions on SAVE. It is obviously a dice roll as to whether the JetBlue merger of Spirit goes through. However, I wanted to get a gauge for how people were feeling now that the trial is done.

It's interesting because there was a bit of pessimism until the trial happened. However, now, at least from the media, the odds seem more likely than not that the merger will go through if JetBlue divests more of Spirits assets.

The jist of what I gathered from the trial ending is that JetBlue will raise prices, but the governments arguments didn't really hold up – especially given Spirits shaky financial situation without a takeover.

Sounds like the judge will rule in favor if JetBlue divests more of Spirits assets?
