RSX Down 78.94% YTD – Should I Buy?

Here's my thinking and I understand it's basic level.

• Option 1. This war ends eventually and a few yrs from now Russia is back to doing business worldwide in which case my RSX holdings recover nicely.
• Option 2. This war ends in a nuclear disaster and I'm dead so this money doesn't matter anyways.
