My job is granting RSU in a few months and I'm not sure on these terms. On my paperwork my vesting commencement date states
“The later of July 10, 2020 or the date of commencement of your employment with the Company”
For the vesting schedule it says ” The Restricted Stock Units shall time-vest in three (3) equal annual installments on the first three (3) anniversaries of Vesting Commencement Date”
If I've been with the company almost 5 years with they be granting me RSU instantly?
