I am wondering if this is a good investment or better to avoid. I know they own Quicken and it was one of the most popular loan programs in 2021. I know because I used them. But my lender contacts these days tell me that they have been slower than normal.
But in 2022, Rocket Companies was heavily advertising. They were one of the biggest sponsors of the SuperBowl. I'm just wondering if I should look into this stock again.
The chart shows it was $25 something, now it's $14. For a market that has been absolutely decimated, it looks like RKT has not been hurt as bad as others. But with interest rate rising, inflation and possible housing correction looming, is the mortgage industry going to benefit from that or will they lose revenues?
