Robinhood account was deleted with

A few months back I got a new phone and without thinking activated it right away. Unfortunately this removed my Authenticator app and I went through the long process of changing Authenticator for all my important apps (way more than just robinhood).

In the process robinhood customer support asked me for all kinds of documents including a picture of myself, my ID, bank statements, social security card, etc. After months of this ultimately I received an email declaring “we will no longer be able to support you as a client here at robinhood.” “Please reach out to your bank that is linked to initiate a claim for return of the deposited funds.”

“We are unable to share any information about our review process.”

I replied to the email asking for a contact phone number so I could at least understand what I didn’t provide as I am 100% the account holder and nothing was fishy with my documents. I only received the same email with the above quotes in bold essentially telling me to pound sand.

Just like that my entire portfolio is gone? Anyone have advice on how I can contact robinhood and prove I am the account holder? I didn’t have much gains especially now but I did have a good sum of GME that I bought in at 4.20$ and would definitely like to recover at least that.

Thanks for any assistance.
