RH provided me with incorrect information on earnings dates– can I hold them responsible?

I made a few options trades over the last week based on earnings. In several situations, Robinhood showed dates for earnings that turned out to be incorrect. For example RH shows that BJ's earnings are this morning bmo (May 18) and I traded a May 20 option based on this. After visiting the BJ's site, I can clearly see that the earnings date is in fact on on May 19.

I noticed for several other stocks that RH is 1-2 days off for earnings as well. This is very frustrating. If the dates are only estimates and cannot be relied upon, this should be indicated in the app. Instead the UI very confidently shows when earnings will be available with no disclaimer that the information may be inaccurate.

I plan on ditching RH and will double-check earnings dates in the future. In the meantime, is this worth making a FINRA complaint over? I feel like RH should cover my losses but don't expect this to happen.
