Hello, I've been seeing many popular Reits stocks on sale recently such as $O and $XLRE and I was wondering why they're dropping so much and if it would be a good idea to buy in right now and take advantage of the dividend. Or should I wait and just stick to my regular etfs? Thanks for any input.
