What is the pro vs con of investing in a company not in the stock market. Is this a high risk gamble with high reward or just giving seem CEO my cash to buy women and boats? I saw a cool new product doing a A+ offering at $10 a share… Who knows… I like throwing my savings away anyways. Any advice? Does this get you more shares if the company goes public later on or if a company does this is it staying private? I just want to be rich with a few k!
