Recommendations on books to understand stocks financial statements and ratios more, but without going too deep into accounting?

I want to learn:

• What all the items in a financial statement mean
• What they say about how the company is performing
• What are the good and bad signals in a financial statement
• Ratios such as P/E, PS, Quick ratio and what they represent

What I don't want to learn:

• How to do accounting as a job

The book should be stocks investment focused.

Any suggestions?
