Raise the 25k day trade minimum to account for inflation?

Are we considering raising the day trade minimum to account for inflation? Imagine a world where regulars basically have to hold overnight. We need to protect broke people from themselves more. This 25k minimum rule has been this low for a long time, not rising with inflation.
