Question about tax loss harvesting and immediately reinvesting in index

I realized quite a bit of gains on ENPH that I reinvested in several tech which all dropped substantially.

I just realized the losses to offset the gains for tax purposes. I understand I can't rebuy the specific stock for 30 days, but can I just invest in index like VOO or SPY for the next month or so? I assume that is not considered a wash sale.
