Question about S&P 500 as a foreigner (i.e. not USA)

Hi everyone,

I'm new to investing in the stock market and I have a question about different tickers (?) that have the same (or I guess similar) underlying stock to them.

I'm looking into the price difference between:
– Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF USD | EAM | VUSA | IE00B3XXRP09 | EUR (77.573 euros rn)
– Vanguard S&P 500 ETF CUSIP 922908363 (400.51 usd rn)

Price movement seems to track each other closely, but I just can't figure out why the prices are so very different. I couldn't find any information on a split or something.

How would you go about investing into the S&P 500 as a foreigner (Netherlands)?
