Question about selling positions in my ROTH and taxes

I started my ROTH about a decade ago and I made some dopey decisions. One of my biggest was buying ETF's with a lot of overlap. 80% of my portfolio is VOO.

I also have a few other ETF's thst have very similar holdings as VOO.

Can I sell these ETF's and then immediately invest all the cash I got from the sale into VOO?

I don't want to take a tax hit. So what is the tax implications for selling a security in your Roth(for a porift) and then reinvesting the proceeds from the sale into my Roth?
