question about public company going private

So razer is most likely going to be going private soon. Its traded on the hong kong exchange but i have shares of razff which are Ord shares. So my question is when razer buys out all the shares to go private will i still get buy out money with razff ord shares instead of the honk kong shares. Whether its directly from razer or razer buys from some entity who controls razff shares and then razff pays me. Im just a little confused on the whole thing
