I got in QTT after it was the best biggest loser for the day awhile back.. (like potential oversold plays) and it's been moving upwards at a steady pace with normal volume..
It's target and analysts views are from. 42 cents to 30 dollars, which means nothing..
Curious what smarter people think is happening.
