Products on SPY with predictable returns

Hi I wonder if there are mid/long term products that have fixed predictable returns based on the performance of SPY. For instance, if SPY finishes +15% at the end of the year, the investor receives +30%. Or if it finishes -10%, the investor loses 30%. Basically the return can be looked up on a chart.
