Predicament: I own 3 IRAs (Roth, Traditional and a Rollover)

1 account has all my etfs, 1 account has all my tech and the last account has all my dividend holdings. I can only contribute 6k between the 3 and I'm not sure if 2k to each every year is gonna cut it. What's the move In a situation like this? 6k to each account in a 3 year period, 2k to each every year or take the tax penalty and over-contribute? Am I missing anything here or maybe I should be allotting funds to an investment outside of the market?

Edit: I'm an aggressive, long term investor that still has about 35 investing years left.
