Think of February 2020, a day before we knew about Covid. Since then, which groups of stocks do you think has done better? SP or Nasdaq? The SP is composed of businesses affected by lockdowns and a year lost in sales. Meanwhile most of Nasdaq has seen unprecedented levels of growth. I’m not talking about PTON, but real software, tech and chip companies with real products.
Right now they are both 20% above pre-covid highs. How lower do you think we can actually go in tech? I think we are reaching a fair value, if we have not already.
