Portfolio Allocation Advice

Hello All. I wanted to gauge some more seasoned investors on their thoughts between portfolio allocation between my Roth IRA, individual brokerage, and inherited IRA:

I am 33 have a long horizon on my investments and have been bearish throughout this covid bull run. Remained mostly cash and on the sidelines and have been slowly deploying cash in these downturns:

I have all cash (13k) in my Roth and about 80% cash (85k) the rest are invested in tech heavy growth plays in my Ind. Brokerage.

I also have an inherited IRA that was built for a family member in retirement which pays me a solid dividend (bond and dividend paying equities heavy). I will be forced to take distributions and withdraw the IRA entirely of its holdings or liquidate along the way and withdraw some cash so I will be able to max out my own Roth at least for the next 8 years or so. Some of these holdings that I will probably stick with long term include MSFT, DIS, LMT, JPM, CAT, CVS, NEE, VZ, F, ENB, ABBV, BABA, WBD, CRM, PYPL, & VOO (largest position)

My train of thought is to stick with equities and dividend payers in my ind. brokerage and going ETF heavy in my Roth since that account will hopefully remain untouched until I am at the RMD age (close to 40 years).

Any input and/or advise would be greatly appreciated! Good luck to all in this tough market and 2H 2022!
