Interactive brokers just told me they are no longer accepting buy orders (on LSE) for POLY and EVR. I haven't see anything on the news about these companies (other than personal sanctions on a few Russian oligarchs linked to these companies, but that is not the same as blocking all trade in their shares).
Anybody knows what is going on? Why is it not announced anywhere?
