Platform to see reason for stocks/etf’s going up or down?

Is there somewhere i can see reasons for certain stocks or ETF's going up or down?

Of course i know it's because of supply and demand, but i'd like to know why people sell or buy en masse

For example Vanguard developed Europe recently dropped quite a bit, but why? Seems weird and there must be a reason.
