Paramount Group REIT (PGRE) Thoughts??? Work from home and high-interest rates effects

Going to do a deep dive into this group and maybe Brookfield etc. Would like thoughts. Super great portfolio in mostly NYC and some SF. There will always be demand for this space. Stock down 60 ish % in last 2-5 years. Would love insights.
