I own just about 50 shares of MMP a company that was just announced to be purchased by OKE another company I hold around 30 shares in. After the announcement OKE dropped about 10% and MMP rose about 15%. Would it be stupid for me to sell MMP and buy OKE at the discount? I don’t see any flaws in this logic but I also don’t know a-lot about the stock market. Does this make sense? Would it be dumb to do this? What should I do?
