Out of the loop, why has AVYA fallen so much?

I just noticed AVYA has fallen off a cliff, down 90-some% from its most recent high. It seems like there's more going on with AVYA than the general tech rout. Have they failed to adapt with voice-inclusive collaboration solutions from Microsoft, Cisco, etc. gaining popularity?
