Oil stocks heading down regardless?

Can someone explain why would oil companies in the USA would go up further. Here is what I see:
1)interst rates going up, dollar worth more, oil price in dollars drops
2)Iran, Venezuella and other oil producers ramping up production, less money for US oil companies.
3)Price of oil high, demand destruction same result

Yes I am shorting them.
