Oil shift. Russian output goes where ? Europe consumption comes from where?

Not sure if I'm understanding correctly . Is Russia no longer able to sell to Europe? If so would that mean that the output Russia can provide just be sold somewhere else, my guess china. And Europe will have to find other producers ? Any insight on this will be interesting.
