Ocean Wilsons [LON: OCN] (Value Play)

What do you guys think about this company:

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd. (LON: OCN, traded in British pounds). Value play, trading at a massive 40-50% discount to NAV.

Holding consist of two arms:

1. Ocean Sons Ltd: operating ports business in Brazil (long history, good located, profitable, stable business)
2. Holding: a c. $300mio portfolio consisting of Tier1 Hedge- & PE- Funds -> stock is trading to a discount to this portfolio alone. Markets are off to a solid start into 2023, lifting valuations in each portfolio holding position.

Either the market is picking up the discount or the management can split up the two business units in two separate entities, creating value for investors in size of at least the discount to the book value. In the meantime, you can collect the 6% dividend.
