$NOW CEO just dumped 93% of his company stock. Should I buy puts?

Here is my thought process:

When CEOs dump the overwhelming majority of their company stock: That is bad.

When you short that stock and/or buy puts as the stock goes down: That is good.

Asking for advice: should I short/buy puts?
