Don't laugh at me but…
Elon paid 44billion for twitter.. then days later he is talking about how twitter might go bankrupt.. so then why did he pay 44billion for it? however, If he bankrupts twitter then can he resurrect it again, possibly under a new name, and then issue new stock?
Maybe that was his plan all along. He is no dummy, he knows everyone is paying attention to everything he says or does.
that still wouldnt explain why he paid so much for the company to beging with. his stock offer was way above what it was trading.
