New to fidelity, Have cash to trade but no settled cash – Can I still make a stock buy?

I put money into my account the cash is available to trade but I have no settled cash. Upon trying to buy the stock it gives me this message. Can I still make the trade with no repercussion?

(013014) The buy order you are about to place exceeds your settled cash balance. Selling these shares before paying in full for the trade could result in a Good Faith Violation. Read Avoiding Cash Account Trading Violations for further clarification.

(000915) Please use caution when placing market orders while the market is closed. If placed, your order will be eligible for trading on the following business day. Securities may open sharply below or above where they closed the previous day.
