Never traded stocks before and had a lot given to me.

Hey everyone so I guess when I was born my grandfather bought a bunch of stock in companies under my name, and now that I’m 21 that account is transferring to me. I’ll list the stocks I have and what they are worth before the stock exchange opens today.

856.39 in change

So as you can see it’s a couple thousand at the moment and I’m not necessarily strapped for cash. How did my grandfather do? When these stocks come in should I keep what he bought if I just want the portfolio to grow, or is there some stuff I should swap?
