Long story short I made a terrible bet that the Warriors would win Game 1. It started out small but by the 4th quarter I kept doubling down and now owe this semi-gangster guy $10k. I am not a gambler and this is not a bookie situation, I just got a little too friendly with a guy drinking Hennessy and I didn't realize he would call this bet. If I won I would probably would have just asked him to pay my tab, but this guy – along with some friends of his I didn't even know were at the bar – threw me in the back of his Sorento and literally put a handgun to my head. I admit I messed up. I recently moved to a kind of rough part of town and was trying to make friends at the local dive.
Regardless, I have $10k to work with. I need to double it and then some to account for short term capital gains taxes.
A few weeks ago I put some money down on $BROS and now it's up over 60%…I know it's possible to turn $10k to $25k in 30 days, I just need some help on what to pick. If you have any hot stock tips please let me know! I would love nothing more than to throw down 10 racks at the bar and say, “here you go Mr. Gangster” while the rest of the patrons start to cheer and I go down as a local legend.
