Need some more insight into the Healthcare space! This tech looks super interesting.

Hope everyone’s doing well on this fine Monday morning!

I was just looking through some of my regular reddit forums that I take a look at when I’m bored and came across a really cool company called “Clearday Inc.” One the services they provide hit home for me as I’ve just recently had to start taking care of my parents a little more in their old age. I’ve been having trouble finding a good way to take care of them when I’m busy with work or just overall busy with life. It can be really hard and frustrating sometimes trying to balance work, social life and family all at the same time.

Anyway, I ended up reading an article that mentioned that Clearday was merging with Viveon Health Acquisition Corp to help accelerate their innovate tech to market. Pretty much what Clearday wants to do is to combine AI-enabled robotics and software into a platform that is a drop-in modernization solution for existing resident care facilities. It’s suppose to improve patient outcomes, increases staff efficiency, and unlock premium revenue opportunities for the operators. The software would allow the patients to receive customized care plans, have ongoing guidance from the comfort of their own room, and provide them with personalized daily activities each day. Can someone maybe give me a little more insight into this type of tech? This is just what I was able to gather from my initial research.

It seems like this is only being rolled out in l patient care facilities ? Correct me if i’m wrong because if something like this were to exist in the future outside of them it would take a lot of pressure off me and people in the same situation as me.

I’m really thinking about investing into Clearday because of the practicality of their service and I could really see it becoming something of the future. Now that they’ve merged with Viveon Health it seems like they’re really going to push to get their platform out there. I’m still not 100% sure though so if someone could help me out by giving me some insight into the industry that would be greatly appreciated.
