Need advice on diversifying out of primarily tech.

As you can see I’m mostly invested in Tech, Media, Telecom, as those are industries I feel confident in.

However I know I should diversify, especially since things have been so volatile. I’m wondering if anyone has some advice, stocks or ETFs to consider in other verticals?
