I started investing 2 years ago and although i read a lot about the stockmarket the greed made me do a lot of mistakes but one thing never changed. I keep buying no matter what. Here are my experiences that i learned so far:

Nobody knows anything. Some elite investors might have beneficial relations (buffest-gates, senator insider trading) but most individual investors, 100% of this sub does not know anything.

“What is priced in” is a totally useless term. Nobody knows what is already priced in and what is not and anyways stock can just fall and climb without a reason

There are no true undervalued/overvalued stock. A stock price is always set based on the future. So you might think a stock price is not correct but since noone knows the future nobody knows what the stock price will be. People can find a way to say a company is undervalued at 5PE, 15PE, 30PE, 50PE, 100PE, 1000PE. Its impossible to say because it all depends on 5-10years long future performance that no one knows.

Strategy is far more important than what stock you pick. Diversifying, DCA two strategic options that are literally a must follow if you dont want to gamble. And trust me if you think you can outsmart the market you cant. I have tried it plenty of times. Even if you are correct about the company performance, the stock price DOES NOT REPRESENT the company. So if you bet that apple will crush earnings and it does the stock price still can, and will go down sometimes. This is true vica versa. When activision fell when kotick was accused everyone said here to sell and never touch activision. Based on numbers i bought. Next week msft says they buy blizzard and i got a 20%+ profit in one week.

Since no one knows what is correct and what is not dont listen to anyone. Not even to this post. Learn from different books, posts, videos and do what suits you best based on your goals/mental endurance/etc.
Those are my experiences hopefully it will be helpful for someone.
