Morgan Stanley has created a “30 for 2025” list of quality stocks for long-term investors, using an 11-point checklist to score 30 quality-oriented companies.
The top three are Prologis $PLD, JPMorgan $JPM, and Old Dominion Freight Line $ODFL. Morgan Stanley believes that these companies are well-positioned to benefit from long-term trends such as the growth of e-commerce and the aging population.
- Prologis $PLD, a REIT that owns and operates logistics centers, benefits from long rental agreements and favorable supply-demand dynamics.
- JPMorgan $JPM has been expanding its market share through new branches and improved technology.
- Old Dominion Freight Line $ODFL, a trucking company, has maintained strong performance across economics cycle. It provides regional, inter-regional, and national LTL service and logistics services.
